Update on power restoration following Monday’s storms from Ameren Illinois

As of 5 p.m. Tuesday, more than 2,500 customers of Ameren Illinois were still without power following Monday's derecho storm, with hundreds remaining out in both Fulton and Warren Counties, and another 3,500 out in Henry County.

When can we expect the power to return?  Perhaps as soon as some reinforcements for linemen and line women already working can arrive.  That's according to Ameren spokesperson Brian Bretsch, speaking with Will Stevenson on Galesburg's Evening News.
