The Galesburg Community Chorus will join forces with the Knox College Choir, the Monmouth College Chorale, and the Knox-Galesburg Symphony for a performance of Mendelssohn’s Elijah, one of the greatest works for chorus and orchestra ever written. It is powerful, dramatic, and beautiful. Directed by Dr. Laura Lane, the concert is sure to be an unforgettable experience.
Soloists include Gerard Sundberg, Christine Steyer, Alison Richter Meuth, and John Swedberg.
